When did/can you start working out?

I’m 4 weeks postpartum tomorrow and want to start working out as I’m getting married in just under six months. I remember with my first they said not for 6-8 weeks but I feel healed and well?

Is anyone else’s mom causing stress?

I can’t really explain or get into complexities- but in the last few weeks my mom has been causing me a ton of stress and snapping at me for no reason. My pregnancy has been incredible, no sickness, literally just worked up to week 39 with a very physical job, I’m in great shape still and have been hustling as a pri...

Breech

Anyone else still breech? I’m almost 33 weeks and last week had the OB check position and I’m still breech 😩. I’ve been doing all the yoga and inversions and today I’m seeing a chiropractor. I really want to have a vaginal birth so this is stressing me out.

Pregnancy has made my anxiety go through the roof

I am still in the first trimester but am terrified every day the something is going to go wrong. I had some spotting early on but have since seen a heartbeat which should have put my mind at ease and it did but only for a few days. I’ve heard so many stories of silent/missed miscarriages that I keep worrying it’s go...

Braxton hicks

Anyone else getting these? I’m 29+3 and I’ve been having tightenings what feels like most of today 😬 I can’t say they are painful but they feel uncomfortable and maybe a bit period cramp like. I only had these in my first pregnancy towards the end and they weren’t super noticeable. Feeling worried to be honest…

First trimester

Is anyone else absolutely suffering if the 1st trimester? 6 weeks has hit and I feel horrendous. The nausea, the cramping, the constipation, the fatigue - I could fall asleep standing up. Honestly don’t know how I am meant to go into the office where 3 people know and none of my team do 😩

Midwife clinic

Today I attend my clinic appointment with midwife, last week they told me at the hospital baby is struggling to put on weight and is 5lb 8 (37 weeks pregnant) because of blood flow not going into umbilical cord. Today, midwife said it is to do with lack of oxgygen but no one is giving me a straight answer. It is to ...

Labor/birth

I’m scared about labor. I have the worst anxiety especially when going into unknown territory. I know everything will be ok, I’ll be surrounded by doctors/nurses and the pain won’t last forever but I don’t want to have a panic attack mid labor especially because my heart races like crazy. Anyone else nervous or went...
