High blood pressure or not?

I’ve been in hospital since Friday, my blood pressure started at 117/57 (perfectly normally) since then it’s creeped up slowly and is now sitting at 145/83, but apparently my trust don’t class anything under 137 high and won’t intervene or investigate blood pressure lower than 250 but surely that’s can’t be correct?...
