Any C-section moms using belly binders immediately after the surgery? Has it been helpful and has your doc suggested you to use it? I’ve heard mixed reviews about using compression to uterus and belly binders, want to check what your doctors have told you.

Does anyone else have random muscle spasms in their lower left abdomen after having a C-section? I'm 16 months PP and I get the most painful muscle spasms in my left abdomen at the most random times. I'm used to getting them in my calves but this is way worse it's like I can't breathe when it happens.

Hi all, I'm due with baby number two sometime in mid to late october. Just wondering what the l&d floor is like? I gave birth last time August 2022 and masks were still necessary at that time. Were diapers and things like that provided or should I plan on bringing some?

I had my c section just over 2 weeks ago, had no pain what so ever and feel completely fine. Was just wondering if anyone else experienced this and if they tried doing things earlier than recommended such as taking a bath or sleeping on your stomach? I’m dying to do both but obviously don’t know if it’ll set me back
