Is anyone else suffering with insomnia? i’m 18 weeks and the last 4/5 days it’s been so bad… went to sleep a few nights ago woke up at 12 and then went back to sleep at 4am!😬😩 Is there anything i can do to help beat it?😂

Any tips for winding a baby that is impossible to wind? I have tried everything, ‘wonky winding’ over shoulder’ over knee holding chin, bicycle legs etc. I’m now giving infacol too. I hate how uncomfortable she seems so any more advice much appreciated. Please share you tips and tricks
