I’m currently giving my 8 month old 2 meals and a snack per day. Hoping to increase to 3 meals per day by 9 months. Wondering how often are you feeding (solids) your baby?

Hello! My LO will be turning 6 months in 2 weeks. She has tried mashed banana and pureed carrots and will have her try strawberries this week. I really want to do BLW. How did you do it? Did you give her 1 type of food at a time or can be assorted per plate? For example, eggs + avocado + strawberries.
