Rage episode

I’ve been depressed for years and it’s been more intense since having baby. Last night I had a horrible rage episode after and exchange of not so kind words with my bf. He’s about twice my size and I said something unkind about it. But in return he said he wanted to smother me and that I was replaceable. I was upset...

Baby vomited while having lunch 😞

How can I teach my baby to chew and put small amounts of food in the mouth? He vomited while eating puffs, and I saw big pieces of food like he was not chewing enough. I never leave him alone but I look and thought he was chewing well.

I feel awful… does anyone else feel this way too?

My baby will be 3 weeks on Saturday. I feel like a horrible mom when I put my little one down, especially if he’s awake. I know he needs his space and I need mine, but for some reason it feels wrong to put him down and not be interacting with him and/or snuggling him all the time. There are times when I have to set...

Unhappy in my relationship

my partner and me and have a son together.. We’ve been together for 5 years and I’m very unhappy, I love him but I don’t know if I want to be with him anymore. He can’t hold a job, he’s wrecked 2 cars, he won’t be able to afford insurance, we don’t cuddle anymore. Everything between us just sucks. And I don’t know...

Autism

My son’s daycare teacher has concerns that he could be showing early signs of autism and the reason she thinks that is because he is refusing to touch/finish his lunch box. Basically she doesn’t want to feed him and wants him to finish his lunch box independently. Last Monday, she took a video of him showing how dis...

Is this gaslighting?

My partner and his mum used to always make jokes at my expense and it would embarrass me infront of others. I could say something and they would both be looking at eachother laughing and deny it when I ask. Anyway, she came over today. My partner came home from work and said there was a horrible smell and was walk...

Protein

Baby girl is quite good with veges and carbs but we're struggling with protein! Egg has been my go to but she seems to have gone off it a bit now. I've tried different meats and fish but she struggles and doesn't tend to eat anything. What protein sources are you giving baby and how are you serving it?

Employer is driving me insane

Just a rant really. I put in a flexi working request which I was told should be ok and to request in writing. It’s been 3 months since the verbal request and almost 2 months since the written request. I was told it would be sorted in October but I’ve had nothing yet! Today my work laptop no longer connects to the ne...

Boundaries/MIL

I’ve mentioned all the way through my pregnancy to mine and my partner’s family about what rules and boundaries we are going to have for our little boy. I’m being induced next so we’ve been mentioning these more. They’re pretty basic rules: - No kissing the baby - No visiting/holding the baby if your ill - No pos...

How is everyone eating?

Random question, but how is everyone eating? Like, eating breakfast/lunch/dinner? I have a baby who won’t be put down and hates a carrier, so have been skipping breakfast and lunch now for a couple months (I know I can eat whilst holding him, but making food is another story!) But recently, I’ve been really struggli...

Would you be annoyed? (A bit long, baby getting injured)

So my ex came to visit our son today. He has a mini climbing frame that I got him a few months ago and he has been playing with it ever since I put it up! I have noticed I can leave my son unattended for short periods while I do small errands and nothing major has happened. I go to start dinner and in no time he fa...
