HELP MAMMAS!!!!

I've recently been picking my LO up from his cot for his night feed and cuddling him to sleep in my bed/ Co sleeping. Today I've tried to put him down for a nap in his cot 6x and each time he's woken up within 5 mins. I then got in my bed and cuddled him to sleep and he slept until I put him back in his cot and he w...

Lack of sleep

My baby sleeps well over the night, she normally gets about 10-12 hours with short wakes for feeds. But when it comes to sleep during the day, it seems like she can't fall asleep for longer than 30 mins.. not always, she sometimes sleeps beautifully, but most of the times, she would literally take a short power nap ...

Nighttime feeds

How many bottles are we all giving our babies through the night? My little girl is teething but has had me up every hour the past week and has been drinking 3 bottles during the night 🤯 I’m giving her 2 meals a day also. Just curious! She has never slept through the night either

11 month regression?

Is there an 11 month regression? When my daughter turned 10 months we experienced 1-2 weeks of disturbed sleep, lots of crying and refusing to nap.. we finally got into a routine again with sleep and naps and the past three nights we’ve really struggled with her sleep again. She’s been waking up at midnight / 1am ev...

FOMO baby

Does anything else have a fomo baby? My little boy will not sleep if we out unless in the car or on a dog walk?! We were at our friends yesterday and he didn't nap for nearly 5 hours until we left and got in the car. The other 3 babies same age - all just fell asleep in their parents arms. Anyone have any tips?...

Advice on wake windows/naps

Im currently doing some reading into wake windows as I’ll be honest, up until now I’ve been fully winging this! But sleep has become a big problem so I’m trying to get a bit of a schedule together. I’ve read that ideally I should be aiming for 2.5-3.5 hours of sleep during the day across either 3/4 naps, but my litt...

Moving away from shifts with partner

Is anyone still doing shifts with their partner or has anyone moved away from it?! Any tips/thoughts/experiences? My husband still has our 9 week old baby downstairs from around 9-12 every night so I can sleep. He has a bottle during that chunk but is otherwise breastfed. What time does your baby wake in the morning? Do you wake them up or let them wake up naturally on their own?

I’ve seen a lot of people saying their baby wakes up at 7am. My LO wakes up between 8:30-9am. I feel very grateful that I get to sleep in that long but I’m thinking I should probably set an alarm to wake up earlier to prepare for nursery in the new year. Also struggling to get all bottles done throughout the day as ...

Lying preference and flat head

My LG is 9 weeks old and has developed a preference for lying on one side. I've noticed she's starting to get a slightly misshapen head as a result although friends and family have said they wouldn't notice unless id pointed it out. I'm worried about it getting worse / not going away as she gets older. Does anyone h...
