I'm on my birth control (nexplanon) implant and my menstrual hasn't come this month .. I haven't had sex in 4 months.. I'm worried 😟

So I'm on birth control .. I have the implant and my menstrual hasn't come this month. I haven't had sex for 4 months .. I'm confused 😐

Now that I’m no longer breastfeeding, I’d like to go back on the pill. My doctor is pretty rubbish and I know will just put me on the cheapest first option but wondered if people can help advise what is a good pill?
