How long do i wait for a phone call to confirm a c-section date?

Baby girl is breech so opted for elective c-section after the ECV failed last thursday- I was told someone would call in 2-3 days with a date (not sure if this includes weekends). Itā€™s now been 6 days since the ECV and I havenā€™t heard anything- should I call them or trust the process?

Can I have my C-section earlier?

Hi mamas!! I just spoke to the midwife requesting an elective C-section. Theyā€™ll probably recommend it anyway due to it being likely that I have diabetes (genetics due to ethnicity and my dad has type 2). My due date was Feb 14th which is at 40 weeks. What week was your C-section delivery scheduled? Ideally for me...

Fear of vaginal birth and c-sections

I have been terrified of a vaginal birth since before getting pregnant. For that reason I have strongly considered an elective c section and my doctor said I could get one. I'm now 33 weeks and still haven't chosen a birth plan though. I'm not sure if I should go through a surgery if I don't have a medical reason fo...
