I am 31 weeks and started insulin a week ago and my overnight numbers are still bad. I have been increasing every by two units every two days and I am up to 9 Units and it doesn't seem to do anything. But I can barely get any sleep the last two weeks. Idk what to do

32 weeks pregnant here and Ive been trying to manage my diabetes since 28 weeks. Im on insulin as well trying to find the cu correct dosage for my fasting levels.
