Has anyone taken the bottle away completely and replaced with a free flow cup? I'm thinking about taking the bottle away from today and using a sippy cup for milk tonight before bedtime to see how it goes

Do we have to upgrade tests for babies. She’s currently on a 1, dribbles and gulps a lot with a 2. Even when she’s older do we have to upgrade because if she was BF it would be the same flow all the time so why do we have to change the flow with bottles??
