How much milk should they be having now? Since he is sleeping through the night sometimes having 1 feed i seem to not really have much milk or maybe its just enough for the day I don't know 😩 he has breakfast and sometimes another meal but not always. Is it just me or does the guilt not go away when you stop breastfeeding. I stopped breastfeeding when my son was a month old and now looking back I wish I would have continued I beat myself up about this and wish it would just stop. I’ve thought about re-lactating so many times. Send help😩
