Sex PP

When did everyone have sex after a natural birth? I’m 2.5 weeks PP and I think my stitches are gone now, still bleeding slightly but didn’t know how strict everyone was on the 6 week rule or if it was safe to do it beforehand if stitches are gone and bleeding has stopped?

How to cope with seeing MIL when you don't want to?

Without going into everything, I feel very strongly about my MIL and not in a good way. This is all post baby or post pregnancy actually, before that I didn't mind her but we didn't really get on like good friends or anything. I don't like the way she's treated me during pregnancy and since baby (baby is 5 months). ...

Anybody else not coping with motherhood the way they thought??

I had pictures in my mind of magical maternity leave days with walks in the pram. Cuddles on the sofa. My baby hates these things. Almost every week since my baby was born 6 months ago, my husband has had to take some time off work whilst I have a mental breakdown I'm starting to think I wasn't cut out for this

Baby boy question

To circumcise or not? My Husband and I don’t know what to do. I know this is a sensitive topic but I just need some advice. I lean towards yes and my husband is leaning towards no because he thinks it’s a weird practice (he is circumcised). Any advice for this new boy mama?

Postpartum rage / resentment

I’m 5 months postpartum with my first baby, and I am truly obsessed with her. But I find that I have rage and resentment towards my partner even though he helps with the baby. Why do I feel this way? And does it go away?

Have you unlocked negative memories in adult hood that you suppressed from childhood?

I recently done a domestic violence course and I was left broken, I've been abused at every stage of my life, sexual, physical, exploited, emotional. Everything I learnt resonated with me personally. Finally it makes sense why I am the way that I am. How can you just forget such significant things from the age of 3 ...

Circumcision?

Hello everyone! I’m curious what people are opting to do in terms of circumcision. I’ve been reading reports that suggest rates of non-religious circumcision are declining. Really curious to hear your reasoning either way. Thank you !

Would you stay or leave

My bf and I have a great relationship other than the fact I’m walking on eggshells a lot. We fight when he gets set off one way or another which is when he mentally distresses me with gaslighting and super demeaning hurtful words and tries to mind manipulate me to deflect his wrong doings. It leaves me crying for h...
