15 weeks pp and my ab separation hasn’t improved at all :( Middle is 1 finger gap and bottom is 2 fingers. I’m starting to feel discomfort and pain in my lower stomach which I think is due to it. Has yours healed? Is 15 weeks too early for it to have healed?
