How do you discipline a 3yr old who thinks it's funny and just laughs in your face while your telling them off.
For the past week now, my baby has started slapping me. Is this normal? How do I get it to stop? When she does it I say no hitting or stop with a ‘stern’ face although in response she sometimes looks at me to assess me and smiles and sometimes repeats it. I don’t want her doing this in nursery
LO still isn’t walking so I have run out of ideas of things to do with her outside of the house, other than softplay! She’s starting to really not enjoy being in the buggy for long, as I think she wants to be walking but she can’t yet. I find myself always thinking it will be much easier when she can walk so we can ...
Our downstairs neighbor keeps getting upset because my daughter loves to jump around and run (you know normal kid things). Is anyone else in the same situation or can give me advice?
My baby was born at the Start of July and still not crawling. Is you baby crawling yet and any advice on how to encourage? They roll from A to B and sundial but no sign of crawling. He's a big boy at 23lb!
Hi all my son just turned one in January. He does say dada more so when he feels like it. He does babble but isn’t crazy crazy vocal. I’m trying to encourage him sayin mama or ba for ball or something. My peds keep saying give him some time until he’s about 15 months. But my girls who are now 10 and 8 had a been say...
My baby only says mama baba and yes and I feel like he is behind. He is a great walker and can walk upstairs but I don’t know if I should be worried
My little girl is 5 and a half months and for the past week or so she’s started grunting/whinging ALL the time. Not crying just grunting. Kind of sounds like she straining but she’s not - nappies are fine and she’s having a poo once or twice per day which is her normal. Is anyone else’s little one like this? Don’t...
Any tips to encourage crawling, my boy can lean on all 4s if I help him/put him into the position but he won't go into it on his own, if I place something in front of him (just out of reach) that he wants he'll wiggle about and cry as he can't quite get there. I've tried supporting him and moving his legs and arms b...
My daughter is super smiley and babbles a lot, we’ve heard Dada etc but we haven’t had any giggling from her yet? If we tickle her or she gets excited she will squeal but she’s not actually laughed or giggle and I’m wondering if I should be worried? When I google it says babies normally giggle from around 4 months.
Is anyone else’s little boy obsessed with constantly grabbing their bits 🤦🏻♀️ it’s none stop every nappy change every bath time just constantly grabbing at it even when walking round in his nappy he puts his hand through the side to grab at it 🤦🏻♀️
I’m sure most of us are now experiencing this, however my question is, most of my daughter’s meltdowns are about us! So I was expecting it to be if we take something off her etc nope it’s more if for example my partner doesn’t have socks on, is this normal?

My little girl has suddenly got really clingy and waking in the night screaming for me. She won’t go to her daddy at all. Won’t go to sleep at night. She will wake up in the morning in the vilest mood too, won’t go to anyone apart from me. We have a 10 week old so it’s really hard in the mornings🥲
Can your 23 month old sing the alphabet?
Hello everyone! Question. How does early intervention process work? I took my daughter to her pediatrician who said she needs it. Dr said she needs speech therapy and occupational therapy. She’s 2 year old and doesn’t say 50 words. Don’t know if it might be lead to a Autism diagnosis in the future. She had a scor...
I had my health visitor round last week to check on my 10-month-old’s development, and they scored him low on his gross motor skills. I’ve been worried about him not sitting up unassisted, but he managed to do that around 9 months, so I thought we were okay. The bigger concern now is that he’s not crawling yet, and ...
