Little one is showing signs of being ready to potty train, has anyone else started?

My baby boy is only 2 months and 2 weeks old, 3 months in January. His tongue is white on top, and I'm not sure when we should be brushing his mouth. He's not teething right now, but he has formula breathe and a pink with white on top tongue. Any advice will be welcomed, and thanks ahead of time.

I have to pee so much, like three or four times an hour, I might as well just wear a diaper.

Just pee in a cup, bring the cup to the bathroom and toss the pee everywhere except in the toilet.
